At Pegasus Counseling Services, our licensed therapist has years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. We offer effective therapeutic care through online video sessions. We treat a number of mental health disorders and provide individualized care. The best part is, since sessions are done online, you can have your sessions anywhere on any smart device. We use a HIPAA compliant platform to make sure your information is protected.

Our approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. We utilize an integrative therapy approach based on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, Strength-Based, Art Therapy, Sandtray Therapy (not offered for online clients) and many more. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment.

What is it?
Individual therapy is a therapy session where only you and the therapist are present. Therapy is a joint process that has been helpful to many people because it allows you get to know yourself on a deeper level.
