Our webinars are interactive with different polls and chats. We offer webinars presented by our owner Vickie but we also offer webinars presented by other mental health professionals to help us give you an even wider array of topics to choose from.

The Pegasus Academy is an approved CE Provider for the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Trainings offered come in multiple formats: in-person, live webinar, and recorded courses. All are CE eligible.

For clinicians in other states, please check with your state licensure board to verify hours of completed training will be able to count for your license prior to registration.

DO YOU OFFER CES FOR ALL YOUR TRAININGS, COURSES, AND WORKSHOPS?

Only select trainings, courses, workshops, and webinars offer CEs. The trainings that offer CEs will be clearly marked showing how many CEs can be earned from that particular training, course, workshop or webinar.

IS PEGASUS COUNSELING SERVICES AN APPROVED CE PROVIDER?

Yes. The Pegasus Academy is an approved CE Provider for the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling (Provider #: 50-28404). If you are licensed through a different FL board, please reach out to your board prior to attending any CE training to verify that your hours will be accepted. The Pegasus Academy, LLC is not responsible for hours not accepted by other Florida boards.

I'M AN OUT-OF-STATE PROVIDER, CAN I STILL GET CES?

It honestly depends on your state. Currently, The Pegasus Academy is only an approved CE provider for the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. If you are wanting to enroll in one of our CE trainings, we recommend that you verify with your state’s licensing board for continuing education rules, regulations, and approval prior to registering for any CE training offered by The Pegasus Academy. If your board permits it we suggest saving the course description and educational objectives, the certificate of completion you receive from the activity for your state's specific filing requirements. The Pegasus Academy, LLC is not responsible for hours not accepted by other state boards.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF FORMATS YOU OFFER FOR TRAININGS?

For continuing education and professional development workshops we currently offer:

In-Person: Live, face to face.
Live Webinars: Live online webinars using the Zoom platform
Recorded Courses: on-demand online courses

I WANT TO ENROLL IN A CE TRAINING, BUT I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY. WILL I STILL RECEIVE CE CREDIT?

No. No matter what format the CE Training is in, full attendance is required for all CE trainings in order to receive CE credit. This is to ensure that we are compliant with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling standards for Continuing Education.

For in-person trainings - you will be required to sign in and out and a record of when you signed in and out will be marked by a team member.

For live webinars - our system logs every time you log in and out of the session so we are able to verify your time in the session. The Pegasus Academy verifies all attendance records prior to offering CE credit and CE completion certificates. Please make sure that you are on time for the start of the presentation and remain for the entire length of the presentation.

Recorded courses - our system requires you to engage in the full length session in order to receive credit. The system records your attendance and completion of required quizzes and forms. See our recorded courses website or read our disclaimer and policies for full description of requirements.

IF I'M LATE TO A CE TRAINING, WILL I STILL RECEIVE CE CREDIT?

For in-person trainings - you will be required to sign in and out and a record of when you signed in and out will be marked by a team member.

HOW LONG AFTER I COMPLETE A CE TRAINING WILL MY CES BE UPLOADED TO CEBROKER?

For live presentations, we typically try to upload CEs to CEBroker as soon as possible after verifying completion of all course requirements. The maximum length of time if will take is up to 30 days after completion.

For recorded courses you will need to upload your certificate to CEBroker yourself.
